Help us understand the issue

Include your device type, app version, what happened and the steps that led to the issue. If you send a screenshot, remove any private financial details first.

Never send passwords, sign-in codes, bank credentials, card numbers or identity documents.

Your records

GoalX does not connect to your bank or transfer money. Recorded balances and goal progress depend on the information you enter. Sara provides educational AI guidance; review its responses and proposed changes before relying on them.

Privacy and deletion

Read the privacy policy or request account and data deletion. Keep any backup you need before requesting deletion.
